Welcome to the Spirit of Prophecy Study. This course is designed to help students understand the biblical gift of prophecy and its importance in the Christian life and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Throughout the Bible, God communicated with His people through prophets. He used men and women to deliver messages of warning, encouragement, instruction, and hope. From Moses to John the Apostle, the prophetic gift played an important role in guiding God’s people.

The Bible teaches that prophecy is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit given for the strengthening of the church.

In this study, students will learn:

• What the Spirit of Prophecy means
• The role of prophets in the Bible
• How to identify true and false prophets
• The relationship between prophecy and Scripture
• The ministry of Ellen G. White
• Why the Spirit of Prophecy is important today
• How prophecy points people to Jesus Christ

This course is intended to strengthen faith, encourage Bible study, and help believers better understand God’s guidance for His church in the last days.
