Pastor's Note

A Message of Hope

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

It is with great joy and gratitude that I share this message with the Northrise Seventh-day Adventist Church family. As part of the Northrise Mission District, our church stands as a place of worship, fellowship, spiritual growth, and service. I thank God for every member, leader, youth, and child whose faithfulness continues to strengthen the mission of the church and reflect the love of Christ in our community. Let us remain steadfast in prayer, Bible study, and Christian fellowship as we prepare for the soon return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

The mission of the church goes beyond Sabbath worship. We are called to be a light in our homes, workplaces, schools, and communities through evangelism, kindness, and faithful service. May the Lord continue to bless Northrise Seventh-day Adventist Church and the entire Northrise Mission District as we walk together in faith, hope, and love, trusting in God’s promises and sharing His grace with others.

Our Beliefs

Bible
S eventh-day Adventists accept the Bible as their only creed and hold certain fundamental beliefs to be the teaching of the Holy Scriptures. These beliefs, as set forth here, constitute the church’s understanding and expression of the teaching of Scripture.

Revision of these statements may be expected at a quinquennial General Conference Session whenever the church is led by the Holy Spirit to a fuller understanding of Bible truth, or if better language is found to express these teachings of God’s Holy Word.

The expression of these concepts help provide an overall picture of what this Christian denomination collectively believes and practices. Together, these teachings reveal a God who is the architect of the world. In wisdom, grace and infinite love, He is actively working to restore a relationship with humanity that will last for eternity.

Note
Uncertainty is a state of having limited knowledge, where it is impossible to exactly describe a current state, a future outcome, or a physical measurement. It represents a range of possible values within which the true value lies, or a lack of confidence about a result. Common in decision-making, science, and life, it is driven by incomplete data, complex systems, or inherent unpredictability

FAQs

We are located at plot 25101 along Katima Mulilo Rd, in Olympia Ndola, Zambia.

We have two (2) morning services – the first at 7:30 am and the second at 11:00 am. In the afternoon, starting at 14:30 we have departmental meeting and a collective bible study at 15:30.

Of course! The kids have Sabbath School classes at 9:00 am, where they break into small groups based on their ages and learn about Jesus Christ. In the afternoon, the kids attend club meetings where they learn practical lessons of life. For those that love to sing, join our Children’s choir.

Many areas of the Church need your help. Get in touch with our Interest Coordinator for further directions on how your skills can serve the church.
